I own a 2008 Toyota Prius that I purchased last year for my Uber/Lyft business because it gets great gas mileage. About 3 weeks ago, I was driving and the car just quit running. I had the car towed to my mechanic, which was about ten o’clock at night. The next day I met with my mechanic and he tells me he does not know how to work on a hybrid car. After searching the internet, I found a guy that has a mobile service and he came out the next day to diagnose the problem with my car. He pointed out that I needed to replace the hybrid battery and also the electric motor at a cost of $3,690. Not happy with his diagnosis and quote, I decided to get a second diagnosis . I went back on the internet and that’s when I saw Hybrid Repair Center. I had the car towed there and they called and said my transmission went out and that everything else would be okay after replacing it. Well, I took a leap of faith, because I know nothing about hybrid cars, and they replaced it, did a system check and gave me a three month warranty on parts and labor. All at what I think was a fair price and my car runs great again. Mike and the staff at Hybrid Repair Center made me feel comfortable and confident in their work and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle.
